cancellation policy

Your appointments are very important to me and this time is reserved especially for you. I understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary and unplanned issues can come up; therefore, I respectfully request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations. 

Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, I miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on my waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. Your appointments are confirmed 24 hours in advance because I know how easy it is to forget an appointment you booked months ago. Since these services are reserved for you personally, a cancellation fee will apply.

*Less than 24 hours notice will result in a charge of the reserved service amount. 

*A “no-show/no-call” is when you fail to respond to appointment reminders to either confirm or cancel and don't show up for your appointment. This results in no longer being able to schedule with Rogue Esthetics.

 

Late Arrivals –Please let me know if you will be running late, via phone call or text (social media messages are not a reliable way to communicate).

Please keep in mind that arriving late for a service may require me to shorten the length of the treatment, with full charges applied, so as not to inconvenience other guests. I regret that late arrivals will not receive extension of scheduled appointments.

Late Arrivals more than 15 minutes past appointment start time will forfeit their appointment and full payment is required.
